- His style is great, his music is one of a kind, and he is smooth. Once you hear
his music, you will automatically fall in love with his style. His sound has
never been matched. Using live sounds mixed with studio sounds has never been
done. Marlon J. Condoll Jr., a.k.a SmoothProducerMidnite, is a very unique artist.
In 2001 he picked up the mic and the rest is history. Being known
for his amazing thought process when he rhymes, the only people that will
understand him are people who know and love music. He can make you dance and
think at the same time. Around 2006 he started making beats and he picked it up so fast that he had a
choice to make, rap or make beats? since he was not better at one over the other he decided to do
both, which was a terrific idea. Three years later he has grown
into a complete, but not perfect artist. At only 23 he has already dubbed
himself ''Mr.9ta5." His biggest song ''9ta5'' has had plays all over
myspace (over 2 million) and has had over 200,000 views on youtube.com. Numbers do not
lie! He was Soundclick artist of the month four times in a row. Six of his
seven songs were in the top fifty and ''9ta5'' was ranked number four for three
weeks. His myspace profile was number one in the soul category in Florida and is currently
in the top 100 in the world in the soul category. For an amazing three months, he averaged over 40,000 views a week. Also his song
''9ta5'' was itunes featured track of December 2008. His song ''lets go'' is keytone.com's number one all-time
download when the site started and was ranked in the top fifty on soundclick com.
His music is very smooth on the ears and his personality is very up-lifting. He is always smiling and
is a people person. He can sell himself as an artist very well. He wants
to get better as a person and as an artist. He writes and produces all of his
songs. He is a jack of all traits. Although he has never preformed, artist and fans
know who he is. He has worked with artist around the world, including Sowfi, a
European singer. The songs ''Never To Late'' and ''Something Brand Nu" were produced and written by him. Labels and
AR's, PR's, and Dj's like his sound but are afraid to take a risk with this artist.
Many artist want to work with him because of his new style of hip hop called
"swing hip hop." SmoothProducerMidnite is one of those artist that will make you
say ''WOW!" Make no mistake, he is the next up to bat, and he wont strike out.
He has recently completed an online interview on blogtalk radio. and on the
show he says ''I rep a lifestyle that's not often celebrated, but at the same time, its
mostly common." Working a "9ta5" job and going to school while making music is
not easy. He has done countless things on his own and with the support of his
family and close friends he will succeed. Is the music industry ready for an
artist that thinks out side the box 100% of the time? Only time will tell, but
one thing you can count on, he puts 100% in everything that he does.
(This Song has over three million plays on myspace, has over 400 downloads since
he re-released it. Twitter, myspace, and facebook love the song. It has over 200,000
views on youtube and is the most viewed,downloaded, and commented song on
www.mp3twit.com. His myspace profile is ranked in the top 20 in the soul category in the
world and is ranked in the top ten in hip hop/soul/pop in Florida this song is
the perfect song for people that work 9ta5)
Numbers were accurate around the bio was released. His new song simulated is
gaining exposure through twitter myspace, and its even on many A&R' facebook
pages.
